Dallas, Texas April 21, 2009. 

AllStar Industries inc. announces the acquisition of the non-manufacturing ongoing business of Advanced Card Systems Inc. dba Sandia Imaging on April 21, 2009. This business will be conducted by 2 newly created divisions of AllStar Industries Inc.:

• Sandia International will conduct and develop the retail and Government business from offices and personnel based in Arlington, Texas. Part of this business was conducted through a GSA Schedule contract #GS02F0147R now managed by Sandia International.
• AllStar Card Systems will develop the international business from the current office in Dallas, Texas. 

Both specialized units will be managed by Bertrand L. Pelletier. Mr. Pelletier was co-founder of Advanced Card Systems inc. dba Sandia Imaging in 1998 but left in April 2007 to develop AllStar Industries Inc. in Dallas, Texas.
