Return Policy
- Printers and parts may be returned unless purchased as a Final Sale or are Non-Returnable
- Items must be returned within 30 days
- Restocking Fees (15%): Applies to opened items.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, components, and accessories to avoid additional deductions.
- Items must not be altered or damaged
- Exemptions: No restocking fee is charged if the item is unopened, or in specific states where prohibited by law
- Exceptions: Final sale on items like gift cards and digital content.
Returns are Simple
Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we'll provide. AllStar Card Systems generally offers a 30-day return window.
Gift Returns
- Gift Recipients may return eligible gift items to AllStar Card Systems by mail for a merchandise credit.
- To receive a refund to the original form of payment, the purchaser must return the item themselves by mail.
Standard Refunds
All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Price Adjustments
We do not make price adjustments on previous purchases. Savings are based on estimated comparison prices, which may be from the same or similar items from prior seasons. We strive to give you the best value; we encourage you to shop around.
Refund Processing Time
Returns to AllStar Card Systems will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card when on the spot. It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
