ALL ALLSTAR CARD SYSTEMS ITEMS SHIP IN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

Easy 90-Day Returns
Having second thoughts about your order? No problem—We're here to help! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 90 days of the original ship date.

To confirm whether your item is returnable, check your invoice, email confirmation, "Orders" page or give us a call.

Return Policy

  • Printers and parts may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Items must be returned within 90 days
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must not be altered or damaged
  • Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender.

Returns are Simple
Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we'll provide.
The return shipping fee is $5.95 for the US, $10.95 for Canada and $25.95 for Australia. We'll automatically deduct the fee from your refund.
Gift Returns

  • Gift Recipients may return eligible gift items to AllStar Card Systems by mail merchandise credit.  
  • To receive a refund to the original form of payment, the purchaser must return the item themselves by mail.

Standard Refunds

  • All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. .

Price Adjustments

  • We do not make price adjustments on previous purchases. Savings are based on estimated comparison prices, which may be from the same or similar items from prior seasons. We strive to give you the best value; we encourage you to shop around.

Refund Processing Time

  • Returns to a AllStar Card Systems store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card on the spot.

Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
